Sargassum Angler Fish

Description

Sargassumfish, Histrio histrio is a cool little fish that we occasionally get.  It is in the same family as the angler fish and Frog fish.  They are agressive eaters and can eat other fish or shrimps almost as big as they are.  When they move, they appear to walk with their fins.  The ones that we sell are anywhere from 1 1/2 inches long to 2 1/2 inches long.

This one is a very small one which is only 0.75 to 1 inchs
