This was my second order and the first post covid. Ups had a plane crash the day my order shipped (different plane) at a major hub and it threw them off. Kp got all their shipments back and held them for a week to wait while shipping recovered. This was fantastic on their part and they shipped on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery the following week. All arrived safe and healthy in appearance and actions so far. This was a mixed order of hermits snails gorgonians ricordia and a pedersons shrimp. For them all to ship so well after the ups issues is a testament to kp aquatics and their treatment of the livestock. I look forward to another tank in the next year and more orders for several regularly in stock items and some that can be hit and miss.
