It was extremely cold in southwest PA when my order was to arrive and I was nervous. In spite of the extreme cold, the fish, cuc and macroalgae all arrived in excellent condition. They used heat packs that kept the temperature of the boxed order just right. After acclimating to my tank everything was added and is thriving. I have ordered from KP Aquatics about 5 times and have never been disappointed.
