we ordered two royal gramma’s to be shipped to New York. Arrived alive and safe and on time.. although the shipping company delivery guy didn’t ring the bell or knock on the door, just left the package on porch. Thankfully, my son was on the lookout and grabbed the fish two minutes later.
Service was FANTASTIC and will do business again although we did lose one of the fish a few days later due to flukes, which possibly could have existed in the quarantine tank from a LFS bought Royal Gramma lost a few days earlier. It was a real pleasure dealing with, and meeting Phillipp🐠🐟🐠🐟
