I ordered a mantis shrimp from KP Aquatics, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. My shipment was delayed due to an unexpected UPS plane crash that day, but Philipp reached out proactively to explain the situation so I wasn’t left wondering what happened. That level of communication meant a lot.
Despite the delay, the packaging was solid and all of my critters arrived healthy and active. Here’s a picture of the mantis I received — I named him ZORKON, and he’s already ruling his new kingdom.
