I was looking for a specific species of mantis shrimp that kp happened to carry and I was hoping to get a small one. There was only a large in stock that I ended up ordering and a smaller one was listed the next day. I contacted them hoping to get the smaller one and rather than receive a refund asked that they simply send some snails and hermits to cover the difference. Much to my delight they kindly accommodated my request and sent an army of snails and hermits worth well over the 10 dollar difference. I also ordered a few other items and everything arrived super healthy. I also really like that they personally collect everything locally in Florida. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be ordering more in the future.
